Diego Magdaleno won his 2nd title defense over Alejandro Perez in 10 rounds bout in the featherweight match from Texas Station in Las Vegas, Nevada on the tenth anniversary edition of ShoBox. Three judges scored 99-90, 98-90 and 98-91 favor to Magdaleno, a unanimous decision victory against Perez.
Magdaleno down in the first round when he got caught by the counter right of Perez but he able to stood up and fought back. In the 2nd round, referee Robert Byrd deducted Alejandro Perez by 1 point due to a low blow shots. Magdaleno dominated all rounds after the cut on Perez's eye in the fourth.
